Ceremonial Tengu Monk

Description

Was doofing around, creating various things for that D&D setting that I've never gotten off the ground. While working on another creature redesign, I had ravens on the brain and decided to create a monk of an order that would be related to a potential deity in said setting. This would be the ceremonial garb of such a monk. I used a Gith(yanki/zerai) base model, though it's hard to tell. They would just be called "Gith" in my setting and be trapped from a disconnected plane, no illithid history.

Inspiration for the garb comes from Kabuki, the hair mostly and instead a half-mask with the Raven beak instead of a long demon nose. Most of the garb I made from looking at different Japanese Monk outfits. The wings are directly inspired from the show Haibane Renmei, where the Renmei wear wooden, false wings. The single-sleeve cloak there partially covers a sort of over-all (part of the hakama-looking pants), and the wings are attached to it. I suspect this fella is supposed to do some sort of dance.
